If you have not already registered for on-line access to our appointments book or your own repeat medication record, just ask reception for your login details.
Registration is a simple process you can do at home and only takes a few minutes. 
Then, using your own login ID and password, you can book appointments when it suits you instead of waiting for our phone line to be free.  The on-line system is available 24hrs a day / 7 days a week.

Community Midwives

Midwives (tele: 01786 433663) They work with us to provide care for mothers before and after delivery and for the new born during the first two weeks of life.

Community Nurses

District Nurses (tele: 01877 330150) provide nursing care, treatment and advice to our housebound and to those newly discharged from hospital.

Health Visitors

The Health Visitor (tele: 01877 331537) works with the doctors to  provide routine surveillance of children under five.  She looks after the needs of our elderly patients and provides information, advice and support for all age groups
